In today’s society, we are all about speed. It doesn’t matter what’s in our food- as long as we get it in 5 minutes, right? Wrong.
In the past I never ate very healthy. In 2014 I started working out and eating healthy. It is now almost 2017 and I am still very active and try to live a healthy lifestyle, but I am also a major foodie. After experimenting and researching I have found ways to stay healthy with a good diet and an active lifestyle. I’m super excited to share healthy ways to enjoy good food, that really is good for you!
